Jen is a Consecrated Virgin in the Diocese of Orlando. She has been a staff member at the Theology of the Body Institute in Quarryville, Pennsylvania since 2008, where she currently serves as the Director of Ongoing Formation. Jen gives retreats and talks across the nation on TOB, with her special love for sharing TOB with women, religious, and consecrated. She will co-teach "TOB & the Marian Mystery" course with Christopher West and the "TOB & Spiritual Direction" course with Father Boniface Hicks, OSB. She has Bachelor and Master degrees in Theology and Parish Ministry from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. She completed the Spiritual Direction Certificate Program with Divine Mercy University in 2020 and she serves as a spiritual director. Jen is the co-author of the book, 'Consecration to Jesus through Saint Joseph: An Integrated Look at the Holy Family," and a contributor to the books, "Undone: Freeing the Feminine Heart from the Knots of Fear and Shame," and "God is Beauty: A Retreat on the Gospel and Art."

Jeanette is a Catholic theologian, educator, and mindset coach with over two decades of experience in ministry and formation. She holds a Master’s degree in Theology from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family and serves as an adjunct professor at the Theology of the Body Institute, where she co-teaches "Love and Responsibility" alongside Christopher West. She has served in a variety of ecclesial and educational roles, including Director of Christian Initiation for the Archdiocese of Denver under Archbishop Charles Chaput and as an instructor for the Denver Catechetical School. She and her husband, Jason, have been married for 24 years and are the parents of five children, whom they homeschooled for over 20 years.

Carrie has served the Institute in various capacities since 2007, and is currently the Event Consultant. She lives in Indianapolis, Indiana with her husband and four children and holds an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University. In addition to her love of Theology of the Body, Carrie is a trained Level I and II catechist with Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, and has founded local atria.  Carrie has experienced the pain of infertility, miscarriage, and breast cancer. She shared her healing journey on the "Restore the Glory" podcast with Jake Kyhm and Dr. Bob Schuchts.

Vanessa serves as the Director of Programs for the Theology of the Body Institute. Her roots start in Jacksonville, Florida. After a powerful Eucharistic encounter with Jesus during college, the whole trajectory of her life changed. While finishing her degree at the University of Central Florida and beginning a career in civil engineering, she responded to God's call to serve as a full-time Catholic missionary for two years in Honduras, where she specialized in evangelization. Over many years, her love for TOB grew as the message of Pope St. John Paul II continued to form and heal her own brokenness. After her mission work, she returned to Florida and, with great joy, ministered as a math teacher in a Catholic high school. The newest adventure the Lord has invited her into is moving to Pennsylvania to join the TOBI team and pursue her Master's in TOB & the New Evangelization.
